BROWSER SETTINGS
Problem : Slow response
/Page cannot be displayed / Active X control failed to Load message is displayed
or not able to acess the site. What should I do ?
Soln. : Check network speed , connectivity ,scan PC with latest
antivirous
This might be due to the following
Delete cookies , delete files , clear history , check system date ( it should be current) then
close browser , open new browser check the login , if any problem proceed further
Improper Browser
Settings
For browser settings Do as follows
1.Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to
Tools-->Internet Options.
3. Click on
Settings button.
4. select Every Visit to the page. click on
ok.
5. select security tab.
6. Click on Internet . click on Custom Level .
7. Select the option Enable/low safety wherever it is present.
8. In
User Authentication select the option Prompt for Username
and password.
9. Click on OK .
Click Yes on Warning.
10. Click on Local Intranet .click on Custom
Level .
11. Select the option Enable/low
safety wherever it is present.
12. In User Authentication select
the option Prompt for Username and password.
13. Click on OK . Click yes on Warning.
14. Click on Advanced tab. Scroll down.
15. Deselect Use SSL 2.0 and Use TLS 1.0
16. Select Use SSL 3.0
17.
Click on Apply and click on OK.
18. Close Internet Explorer.
Pls check your System date and time. That has to be current date and time.
