There are 5 syndicate rooms named after flowers; TULIP, ORCHID, ROSE, LILY and LOTUS. There is lounge area outside the syndicate rooms for tea breaks. Syndicate rooms are planned especially for smaller group discussions. Groups of 5 to 10 people can comfortably sit in each room. The Lotus room is designed with a special purpose. It can accommodate up to 20 participants together and it can also be divided into 2 rooms for seating 2 different groups of participants.

Facilities are available to install laptops in some of the training halls and syndicate rooms for conducting IT related training programmes.

There is a separate faculty room for teachers, professors or instructors. It also has closets to keep books and other visiting faculties’ belongings. Besides there exists an exclusive cabin for directors / co-ordinator of the training programmes.

The Conference/Seminar hall with a seating capacity of 200 people has state-of-art facilities. It has a giant screen connected to the projector and eight large LCD screens at various points in the hall for providing clear visibility of presentation being made by the speaker. The hall which is fully air conditioned has aesthetic ambience providing five star comfort to the participants. Adjacent to the multipurpose hall, there is a lobby which could be used for providing snacks and beverages during the meet. The acoustics are excellent and customised according to the need of the occasion.

The warmth of the room will envelop as one steps in. Built with high quality wooden flooring and world class decor, the rooms at SLDC provide an ideal environment for relaxation. Each room comes with a king size bed and has been aesthetically crafted to reflect the resort style, ethos and tranquil ambience. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and well appointed with features like direct dialling facility, electronic safe, multi-channel television, mini refrigerator, and more.

The Dining Hall is an all-day dining space featuring cuisine according to customer needs providing a unique and innovative dining experience with good and hygienic food preparations and regularly changing menus.

The breakfast buffet mainly features Indian selection. Some of the dishes come out of the live show kitchen cooked to order.

The dining hall is very spacious with comfortable seating arrangements for 72 participants and most important clean and hygienic.

Laundry facilities are available at nominal cost. IDBI Bank ATM service is available in StockHolding campus. In order to attend to emergencies, SHCIL has an arrangement with TOPSLINE which is stationed in the premise.

Service is the main differentiator of SLDC vis-a-vis other training centre. The dedicated staff at SLDC provides personalised service for comfort of the participants. Courtesy is the main theme of SLDC.
